{"id":82,"date":"2017-05-04T20:57:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-04T20:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.novaoms.net\/blog\/?p=82"},"modified":"2021-11-22T20:58:41","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T20:58:41","slug":"our-first-ce-event-of-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.novaoms.net\/blog\/?p=82","title":{"rendered":"Our First CE Event of 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oral Pathology<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This past month, on Thursday April 20th we hosted our first Continued Education Event of 2017.\u00a0We had Dr. John Svirsky,\u00a0cover\u00a0the topic of oral pathology.\u00a0Dr. John Svirsky is a board certified oral and maxillofacial pathologist at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia.\u00a0 He received his dental degree in 1973 from VCU and went on to complete a general practice residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center\/Queens Hospital Center, as well as an oral pathology residency at the Catholic Medical Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>He is currently a professor of oral and maxillofacial pathology and maintains a private practice in oral medicine and oral pathology.&nbsp;
